EVERGREEN COURSES · RECORDED WORKSHOPS
Practical Education — When You Need It, How You Need It.
AOP recorded workshops are focused, topic-specific deep dives you can take on your own time. Each one gives you a clear, practical framework you can apply in the studio the next day — no fluff, no filler, just the science that actually matters for how you teach.
WHAT ARE AOP WORKSHOPS?
Topic-Specific. Immediately Applicable. Yours Forever.
Unlike the full flagship and short courses, AOP workshops zoom in on a single concept or teaching challenge — giving you a deep, practical understanding of one thing rather than a broad survey of many. They're the perfect next step after a course, or a great standalone resource if you have a specific area you want to strengthen right now.
Focused Topics
One workshop, one concept, fully explored — from the science down to how it applies in your sessions.
Apply It Tomorrow
Every workshop is built around practical application — you'll leave with tools you can use immediately in the studio.
Lifetime Access
All workshops are fully asynchronous with lifetime access. Come back whenever you need a refresher.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Common Questions
Do I have to complete workshops in a certain time frame?
No. Once you purchase any AOP workshop, you have lifetime access. Come back and revisit the material as many times as you need — these are designed to be reference tools you return to, not just content you watch once.
What if I need more help applying what I learned in the studio?
You can always pair any workshop with 1:1 mentoring. This is a great way to bridge the gap between research and practice, personalize your learning, and connect directly with Cody around your specific teaching scenarios and client presentations.
Are all workshops fully asynchronous?
Yes — all AOP recorded workshops are fully asynchronous. Everything can be done on your own time, in your own order, at whatever pace suits your schedule.
How are AOP workshops different from other Pilates education?
At AOP, the focus is on how concepts help you understand movement — not memorizing origins, insertions, and actions. Rather than teaching anatomy as a static discipline, we focus on how muscles behave at different joint angles, how load affects movement, how we build strength and motor skills, and how to apply exercise science principles to the bodies actually in front of you. We go beyond the textbook and make anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise science a living, applicable thing.
Can I take a workshop if I haven't done any of the AOP courses yet?
Yes! Each workshop is designed to be accessible as a standalone resource. If you find the concepts spark your interest in going deeper, the Flagship and Short Courses are a natural next step.
